This resource presents the Greentree White Paper on Sexual Violence, Genitoanal Injury and HIV, developed following the 2012 Greentree Scientific Research Planning Meeting supported by UNAIDS and UN Action Against Sexual Violence in Conflict.
The paper identifies key research priorities, policy recommendations and practice considerations concerning the links between sexual violence, HIV transmission, genitoanal injury, adolescent vulnerability and conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV). As part of UNA019 initiative, this resource contributes to strengthening the evidence base and informing global efforts to prevent and respond to CRSV.
