This report analyses research and practice intended to prevent CRSV committed by Non-State Armed Groups (NSAGs) and identifies key “influencers” — those at the international, regional, national and local levels who might effect change in the behaviour of armed groups. It suggests a framework for different areas of work with NSAGs and strategies for addressing NSAG Related Risk Factors.
