This system-wide reference tool aims to help field personnel to detect and anticipate spikes in CRSV. The indicators are structured around six pillars that highlight the various dimensions of the problem and the constituencies needed for action, namely: military/ security; social/humanitarian; political/legal; economic; media-related and health.
